NSBE programs are designed to encourage students in grades K-12 and college to pursue a career in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) field. This is done though various community outreach events and providing scholarships for graduating high school seniors and collegiate students.

E-Day in the Park allows K–12th grade students an opportunity to participate in a number of hands-on activities and experiences focused on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (S.T.E.M.).

Pre-Collegiate Initiative (PCI) Programs
- NSBE MP Scholarship
The Montgomery Professionals Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE -MP) will award up to two $500 scholarship(s) to one deserving minority high school senior and/or one deserving college student with the intent of pursuing a technical degree from an accredited four - year college or university.
